Attune Self is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control. Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement applies except where this page says otherwise.
Attune Self is provided as-is, for self-reflection. It is not a medical device and gives no medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a crisis service. Nothing in the app should replace care from a qualified professional.
You are responsible for your own content and for keeping your device backed up. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data or for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
