Does Attune Self need an account?
No. Open the app and check in. There is no sign-up, no email, no password.
Will my entries sync to another device?
Entries live on the device you wrote them on. Attune Self supports iCloud Backup, so if you have iCloud Backup switched on, your entries travel in your own encrypted Apple backup and come across when you set up a new iPhone.
How do I delete everything?
Settings → Data → Clear all app data. This cannot be undone. Deleting the app also removes its local data.
Is this a substitute for therapy?
No. Attune Self is a self-reflection tool, not a medical device, and it does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country.
